| Q: What are the browser requirements for running your Delano system? |

| Q: My internet connection is behind a company firewall and I do not have permission to install software on my computer. What do I need to have done for Delano to work? |
In order for
our Delano system to work correctly on your machines there are a
few plug-ins that must be installed. Normally the system will
automatically prompt the browser to download what it needs but
sometimes this function can be blocked by things such as
firewalls, active directories, and user permissions. In cases
like this, the plug-ins must be installed manually.
Once all of these steps have been completed, the system should load and function properly on your computers. |

| Q: I am interested in obtaining a credit line with your company to begin printing my publication. How do I go about doing that? | Kopco has a strong history of working with our customers and providing credit lines for well qualified customers. Several factors go into the consideration for a credit line and include (but are not limited to) business structure, length of time in business, credit score, history with the company, etc. In order to obtain more information you will need to fill out a confidential credit application. One can be obtained by visiting the Sales section of our website. At the very bottom of that page there are two links to obtain the application in either Microsoft Word or PDF formats. After it is completed, the application can be either submitted via email or mailed to us. | ||||
