Kopco's Pre-press Department utilizes the newest technology available. With the goal to stay current in the most recent design and printing techniques, Kopco's pre-press department is able to handle formats from various programs, platforms, and computer types.

The workflow is managed by Kodak issued Prinergy software that utilizes the latest in workflow management and implementation. A job is then output directly to an Epson large format printer which prints using 7 colors on coated or uncoated stock.  Proofs can be ordered in a finished trimmed out book, imposed flats, or high-quality color accurate contract proofs.  Online proofing is also available for an even quicker turnaround by utilizing our online workflow interface - Insite.

Jobs are then output direct to plate (CTP) thru one of two Magnus PlateSetters. Jobs can are rendered at 2400 DPI at a linescreen of 133 (150 linescreen available upon special request).
