customer's point of contact at Kopco is the company's Customer Service
Department, where one of three Customer Service Representatives is assigned
to each account and follows every aspect of the customer's printed
product-- from the time the product information is received until the time
the job is delivered.
The Customer Service Department also has a close working relationship with Kopco's Sales Department, where Sales Representatives introduce the customer to the company's services and craftsmanship.
The Sales Department plays a crucial role at Kopco. The department is credited for billing some $14 million each year and developing customer contacts across the region. In
